  • Advising a substantial mobile phone company in dealing with the acquisition of a distribution company, including liaising with corporate brokers in this regard
  • Preparing documents required to set up company structures and advising on the same, including Shareholders Agreements and Employment Contracts
  • Dealing with the transfer of business in respect of an Insurance Broker and Stockbroker, advising on the legalities of the same, completing documentation on their behalf
  • Advising a large number of overseas clients, including a children’s clothing company, in respect of structuring their business in the United Kingdom, preparing documentation and liaising with the accountants in this regard
  • Formation of a company which rapidly developed into a multi-million pound business in the mobile telephone industry, reverting the same into a Saudi Arabian company, thereafter continuing to act for the UK company
