The areas covered include all aspects of employment including contracts of employment, service agreements, share schemes and company policies; unfair dismissals, employees’ rights and discrimination; redundancy; termination and compromise agreements; workforce agreements and transfers of undertaking; regulations; and data protection. In addition to the non-contentious work the company appears on behalf of clients on employment issues in both the Employment Tribunal and Court proceedings.
