Julian Goulding is the founding partner of Cheyney Goulding. He graduated from the University of Warwick in 1973 and was admitted to the Solicitor’s Roll in 1976. He was an external lecturer at the University of Surrey for a number of years.

On qualification Julian worked in London and also in the south-east of England becoming a partner in 1982. Cheyney Goulding was conceived as a specialist Business Law practice in 1995 at the inception.

Whilst he retains his role as senior partner of Cheyney Goulding, Julian continues to practice in specialised areas of Company/Commercial work including business acquisitions, sales and employment. In addition he advises in Charity Law and the firm undertakes a considerable amount of charity legal work. He is the partner responsible for these areas of work in the firm.

Born in 1952, Julian is married with children. His interests include tennis, skiing, the theatre, reading and convivial company with food and wine. He has at last accepted he is too old for hockey if only to save his family embarrassment.
